About

A friend told me to read James Joyce once, so I read Ulysses. It was a fun read, especially since he kept changing things up. I enjoyed reading those different styles, so I kept at it. Iread enough that I learned to write, and started writing crummy versions of Joyce and Twain novels. It didn't last long. Luckily enough, I was also a fan of photography. When my mum bought me a nice camera in junior high I used it until it broke.

My favorite color is orange so I studied at Syracuse University (it's their favorite too). It was a good choice because they didn't make me write novels. I graduated with a BS in "Magazine," which no one ever believes is a real degree. I tell them it's like a newspaper degree, only I make prettier newspapers. To that end, my photography skills come in handy. Now that I've graduated, my writing, photography, and design skills help stop me from becoming broke.

I guess you could say I'm a content creator. Maybe a storyteller. My favorite stories to tell are about people building things worth investing in. I try to build communities, friendships, and relationships with the art I make and stories I tell. After undergrad I wanted to build so badly I didn't have the patience to wait for someone to hire me. Instead, my friends and I began traveling around the US finding stories to tell and people to connect on our own. It's an awesome adventure, even though most of the time we're just broke.
